Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Framr. They govern your access to and use of our AI marketing framework recommendation service.
By accessing or using Framr (framr.cc) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.
Framr is an AI-powered marketing framework recommendation engine. You provide details about your business, industry, and target audience through our wizard, and we return recommended marketing frameworks, strategies, and case study references. The service is provided "as-is" and recommendations are informational only — they do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business advice.
Free accounts may use the Framr wizard and view limited output (the first two framework steps). Steps 3–5 and detailed case studies are reserved for Pro subscribers. Free accounts can view their last 5 searches in the dashboard (name and score only). Pro accounts have full access to all steps, case studies, complete search history, and detailed analysis modals. Framr reserves the right to change plan features with reasonable notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at the published rate. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All sales are final. No refunds are offered. We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or card issuer.
You may not use Framr to: reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform; attempt to bypass plan restrictions through technical means; use the service for illegal purposes or to produce misleading marketing materials; share account credentials with others; or resell, sublicense, or redistribute framework output as your own product or service. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
Framr is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will achieve specific business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framr's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
