At Framr we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account (email address, password) and when using our service (business inputs, industry selections, target audience details submitted through the Framr wizard). We also collect usage data such as page visits, feature interactions, and search history to improve the product. Technical data including IP address, browser type, and device information may be collected automatically.
Your data is used to operate and personalise the Framr service, generate AI-powered marketing framework recommendations, maintain your search history in your dashboard, process subscription payments, send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts), and improve our models and product experience. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Account and search data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region. Session tokens are stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Backups are retained for up to 30 days. We apply encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest for all personal data.
Framr uses the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Lemon Squeezy (payment processing and subscription management), Make.com (workflow automation for AI recommendations), and Vercel (hosting and deployment). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and applicable data protection law. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.
Depending on your jurisdiction you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@framr.cc. We will respond within 30 days. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings, which permanently removes your personal data from our systems within 90 days.
